Ingredients:

Olive oil, 2 tablespoon (27 g)
Salt and pepper, 1 tsp (2 g)
White Fish, 500 g (500 g)
cooked brown rice, 2 cup (310 g)
Yellow/Red Bell Pepper, 2 cups (296 g)

Instructions:
1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. Place the white fish fillets and peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets and Peppers and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake the fish and peppers in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
6. Once the rice, fish, and peppers are cooked, divide the brown rice among serving plates.
7. Top each plate with a white fish fillet and serve with peppers on the side.
