Meet Your Dietitian

Katherine is a Registered Dietitian serving Toronto and the surrounding area, offering both in-person and virtual appointments. She combines clinical nutrition training, hands-on research experience, and professional culinary skills to deliver advice that is evidence-based and genuinely practical at the kitchen table.

Working Together

Whether you’re managing a diagnosed condition, navigating a new life stage, or fine-tuning your nutrition for training and performance, Katherine offers one-on-one counselling tailored to your goals.

Her Approach

Katherine takes a “food first” approach: real meals that are nourishing, realistic, and genuinely enjoyable. Rather than handing out rigid meal plans, she works with you to build habits that fit your life, your culture, and your schedule.

Research Experience

Katherine trained at the Nutrition and Exercise Science (ND) Labs at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), with a concentration in research methods and scientific study design. As part of the research team, she:

– Designed and carried out clinical human trials
– Contributed to grant writing
– Performed statistical analysis
– Co-wrote manuscripts for publication

Katherine prioritizes evidence-based practice while drawing on hands-on clinical experience, blending the two into guidance that works in real life. She always welcomes discussion about past, current, and emerging research.
