Tandoori Grilled Tofu with Red Peppers & Broccoli

Ingredients:

Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoons (1.1 g)
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoons (15 g)
Salt, 1 tsp (6 g)
Broccoli, 2 cup (190 g)
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon (13.5 g)
Bell pepper, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) (119 g)
Pepper, 1/2 tsp (1 g)
Tandoori masala, 2 tablespoon (12 g)
Cumin powder, 1/2 tsp (1 g)
Block of tofu, 1 block (340 g)

Instructions:
1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. Cut tofu into rectangular pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix tandoori masala, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and turmeric powder to make the marinade.
3. Coat tofu pieces with the marinade and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Cut the red bell pepper into thick slices and trim the broccolini.
6. Grill tofu, red pepper slices, and broccolini for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and vegetables are slightly charred.
7. Remove from grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
