Black Beans, Canned, drained and rinsed, 1/3 cup (64.5 g)
Corn, yellow, whole kernel, frozen, microwaved, 21.5 g
Avocado, 1/8 c (18.8 g)
Tomato, Fresh, chopped, 1/4 cup (37.3 g)
Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, chopped, 1 tbs (3.3 g)
Limes, raw, wedged, 1/4 (16.8 g)
Tofu, 112 g
Romaine Lettuce, 12.5 g
Chickpeas (Garbanzos), Canned, 1/4 cup drained, rinsed (38 g)
Tahini paste, 1 tbsp (10 g)

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, diced avocado, tomato, lettuce, tofu, chickpeas, and tahini paste.
2. Squeeze lime wedges over the bowl for added flavour.
3. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
